Return & Claims Policy
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused
It must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable)

Return shipping is paid by the customer.
As our products ship directly from international warehouses, the return address may be outside your country. We’ll provide you with the correct return address and instructions once you’ve contacted us.
Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Items with broken hygiene seals (e.g. earbuds, headphones)
Custom-made or personalized products
Claims – Faulty or Incorrect Product
If you've received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you're entitled to file a claim under consumer protection laws.
Claims must be submitted within a reasonable time (ideally within 2 months of noticing the issue).

Once reviewed, we will:
Send you a replacement or
Issue a full refund
In some cases, returning the faulty item is not required.
